Albert Surabian from Surabian & Son HomeWorks is a top-ranking realtor serving the areas of Worcester and Central Massachusetts. In order to expand his online presence, Albert contacted MP Media to produce an informative video series for first-time homebuyers looking to buy a house. His goal was to reach a new audience on YouTube by making the videos informative, while also keeping them fun and entertaining. We used engaging video footage, along with animated titles and graphics to explain real estate concepts in a way that the average homebuyer can understand. We also designed a consistent branding style for all of the video thumbnails in the series in order to make them stand out from the competition.
